Marc Meisel – CEO

Marc L. Meisel is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse and successful career that spans over three decades. He began his professional journey in the early 1990s by founding WorldWide Parking, which he rapidly expanded into the largest on-street parking privatization company in the world. Under his leadership, the company established operations across the United States and internationally, with a presence in countries such as Poland, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, and South Korea. His ability to identify market opportunities and scale businesses globally has been a hallmark of his entrepreneurial success. Since 1995, Marc has held pivotal leadership roles in several of Meisel Holdings' operating companies, serving as CEO, COO, President, and Board Member. His entrepreneurial spirit and visionary leadership have enabled him to venture beyond the parking industry, overseeing a broad array of businesses ranging from technology startups to brick-and-mortar real estate development and investment. His hands-on experience encompasses virtually every aspect of commercial real estate and hotel development, including investment, management, and financing. Joel S. Meisel

Mr. Joel S. Meisel embarked on his illustrious career in real estate in 1962, marking the beginning of a journey that would span over five decades. He initially established residential construction companies, including American Home Builders and Meisel Construction Company, with a primary focus on developing housing subdivisions in the early 1960s. His commitment to quality and innovation quickly positioned him as a notable figure in the residential construction industry. In 1967, recognizing the growing demand for commercial real estate, Mr. Meisel partnered with Barry Cohen to form Meisel and Cohen Properties. This firm specializes in the investment and management of commercial properties, primarily targeting the vibrant Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.
